As a community-controlled health service providing professional and culturally appropriate health care to the Ngaanyatjarra people, we are a unique organisation. Our staff members are based in several remote Ngaanyatjarra Lands communities, and our administration office is in Alice Springs.
Staff members are offered training and induction when they start with us, and further training opportunities are offered, when applicable, throughout their tenure. We provide well-established systematised professional and practical frameworks that support our workforce to develop and maintain skills. We also offer generous professional development incentives.
We are always on the look out for well qualified and enthusiastic team players who are up for a rewarding challenge, so if you think you have something to offer please contact us to discuss what roles may work for you.
