Wanarn
Wanarn is approximately 160km north of Warburton and 860km from Alice Springs by road. The community is on the dreaming track of the "Kungkarrangkalpa", or Seven Sisters. Wanarn was established as an outstation in the late 1980s when residents came from Docker River, Warburton and Warakurna.
The community was incorporated and became a member of the Ngaanyatjarra Council in 1989.
NHS runs a Community Health Centre in Wanarn. WDNWPT (Purple House) provides a renal dialysis service from the Health Centre. There is also a Ngaanyatjarra Lands school and a community store.
Naanyatjarra Health Service’s Kungkarrangkalpa Aged Care Facility is in Wanarn.
